Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your conformation email. You will receive another email that says your order has shipped. Custom orders have a 4-6 week turn around time. Depending upon how many orders are being processed. Shipping is through USPS and the shipping rates are based on their current rates due to sizing and weight of your package. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Refunds, Returns and exchanges 

We do not accept returns at this time as these are one of a kind pieces and not one single item is alike. ALthough there is no returns accessible at this time we do strive to bring the best possible product to your doorstep. Every item it thoughtfully created and HANDMADE. These products are made out of .925 silver and shall last a lifetime if taken care of properly.
